I love iknow and using it everyday. I just miss one feature in the app: the review mode for completed courses as we have it on the website. Keep it up!

Best application to learn japanese vocabulary

I always get back for studying there, its very stimulating the game approach, but not even shallow as lots of users suspect.

I consider iknow a great app to improve your vocabulary.

Keeps you motivated! It they add the stroke animation from the desktop version to this app, it would be a five.

It doesnt get any better... I wish I had this for Spanish.

I recommend it because of the vocabulary, but it has no grammar so for absolute beginners jump to sentences can be a bit hard. In addition the app plays sounds while the iPhone is set in mute, that can be a shame in public places

This app is great for studying Japanese! (If you dont mind paying 69 bucks for a year) Theres a free demo tho that gives you like 5 sessions for free.

Please read the iKnow forums before considering a subscription. Both the online version and the app are good for short-term retention and lousy for long-term retention. The company keeps promising upgrades but doesnt deliver. There are many other great apps for learning Japanese.

Ive used iKnow online before it became a paid site and the app makes studying even easier. I like the short, segmented sessions that lets me get a quick study session in while Im on the bus or in the morning. The interface is clean and easy to use. The only improvement Id suggest is to enable all the features in the app that are on the website (statistics, focus, etc.). A fantastic program!

Version 3.10 and my iPod Touch with iOS 6.1.5 dont seem to get along. When I run the app all I get is a black screen.

Good if you dont like Anki for whatever reason. The best thing is the sentence audio though; Ive listened to 100+ hours of sentences while I fall asleep and do other things that dont require my ears. My subscription ends soon though, I hope I can still access the sentence audio.

A great app for anyone from the casual learner to the seasoned pro. Would recommend highly.

Simple and functional, this app performs wonderfully.

The recent update has stability issues. It crashes constantly and is basically unusable. I recommend that you dont upgrade until the bugs are fixed. Cerego , please fix the bugs ASAP.

This app is mainly for learning words, not grammar, though you pick it up along the way thanks to its example sentences. So much better and more engaging than flashcards or plain SRS. Love the BrainSpeed! I guess its a little different now, but still good.

Looks good but: - no gmail openid support - no native app animations - tapping keyboard button is a horrible UX - all text output was gone in a middle of a session, cant continue it Just use a website for now.
